Rambutan is a medium sized tropical tree in the family of trees  named  Sapindaceae. The name also refers to the fruit produced by this tree which is fully edible and delicious. Rambutan is named  from the Malay word rambut meaning ‘hair’ referring to the large number of  hairy protuberances of the fruits. It’s a weird looking fruit but highly liked and a great product  for us.

The rambutan is native to Southeast Asia and loves to grow in Cambodia and surrounding areas..It is closely related trees to other tropical fruits  which are also edible and we wishing to plant all Longan-Pulasan-Lychee-Mamoncillo.

This is a difficult plant/tree  to grow but well worth it in the long term,it will take us  21-35 days for the seeds to grow to a good  stern seedling. We will leave your trees you have purchased  for at least 2 years in smaller pots then larger pots so the Rambutan trees are big enough to plant them outdoors. Since the tree is still fragile. We like this tree so well worth the time and effort from your side and ours.

As our trees develop over the years the rambutan tree reaches 40 to 82 ft in height, has a straight trunk to 2 feet wide, and a dense spreading foliage/top.
